Smoking meats is somewhat laborious, but oh-so worth it! I do not agree, either, with wmokology one and two star reviews which complain that grammar and organization make the book a disaster.

Unfortunately, the author could’ve used an editor, as the book is rife with typos. That said he has some good smoked ones and his mustard slaughters really work, Thought everything using them would taste like a hot dog, but they enhance the flavor with no mustard taste.
