Husband loves this series. So I was a little confused about the whole thing and the prophetic meaning behind it. Though my eyes drifted shut, I didn’t sleep until I heard my parents get up around seven-thirty. This is magick being worked, being created, brought into being by design riernan effort and thought.
Morgan’s nightmares are an ideal way to build the tension in the book, of which there is a steadly building amount from the start through to the shocking conclusion. I’ll finally be able to read the last book! However, they were just two sideline characters that were in the family tree so perhaps they held no importance fu,l all.
The only interesting aspect of this book was Hunter and his father creating a bubble spell to limit a witch’s powers instead of completely stripping him or her of them. I feel like our characters are finally actually doing something that doesn’t leave them in basically the same situation at the end of every book. Like one chapter would be in Morgan’s point of view and the next chapter would be in Hunters I thought it was confusing. It’s not been terrible.

We hear very little about them and instead focus on brand new background characters, like Patrice, Robin, and Celia.
